Lovejoy offers CNC Swiss Machining capabilities to meet your most intricate requirements. Star and Tornos CNC Swiss Screw Machines offer Swiss machining from .0937" to 1.000" diameters up to 30" in length. Our multi-axis Swiss turning centers are extremely cost-efficient at higher volumes, and especially effective at replicating complex geometries often required by our Medical and Aerospace customers.

In addition to our CNC machining capabilities, Lovejoy offers automatic Screw Machine capabilities to meet your higher volume machined parts requirements. Brown & Sharpe and Hardinge precision automatics are available to machine components up to 1 5/8" diameter.
